Order Processing

All our products are made-to-order, which means they are custom printed and produced. After your order is submitted, there is a 2-5 business day processing time while your items are created. You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping option you select. We strive to keep these costs as low as possible and offer discounted or free shipping for specific promotions or order quantities. Please note that multiple products in the same order may ship separately depending on the item and production facility.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and type of shipping chosen. Estimates are given at checkout. Please remember these times are estimates, not guarantees, as factors such as weather, holidays may affect delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress. Depending on the shipping provider, tracking information may take 1-2 business days to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to our customer support team at Lake57shop@gmail.com We will work with our production partners and shipping providers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

As our products are made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund if applicable.
