Refund policy
Lake57 is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Lake57 offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team along with a clear photo showing the issue. Lake57shop@gmail.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
Exchanges
As stated above Lake57 is a print-on-demand company and all products are only produced once ordered. We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds and Reprints
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photo and reprint or refund request. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at Lake57shop@gmail.com.
If you are approved for a free reprint we will immediately submit it to production.
